Violence & Gore
- A woman is choked to death offscreen in the opening. It's strongly implied she does not survive.
- A man is stabbed in the heart and left to die. A witness thinks it's a joke, but judging on the ending, this is probably a real kill.
- A man has the assignment to cut off his friends arm. He does, and saws off his hand in bloody detail. Later it is revealed it's a fake hand coming off. He also is given the task to get the key which is buried in his friends body, and he complies again. Intestines are revealed. But yet again, it is revealed this was fake.
- A man is choked to death. In the end it is revealed he survived.
- A woman is shot offscreen. In the end it is revealed she survived.
- A man is run over. It is implied he died.
- The ultimate twist is that "Fear inc" is actually not a joke at all and does actually murder their "customers". In the end, the four friends all die. One by having his neck snapped, one is shot in the back of her head, and the last remaining two have their necks snapped.
