Some have hypothesised that the entire first season of this show exists as build up for this episode's famous scene and there is a good chance that they're right. There isn't a single piece of constructive criticism I could offer to improve this episode; it's just that good. This deserves every star I've given it.

The optimal way to jerk off every person in the audience

No review could do this episode justice, you'll simply have to see the episode for yourself, but I'll try anyway. The greatest conversation of all time occurs in this episode. And it is in fact about the "Optimal Tip-To-Tip Efficiency" as the episode is named. This episode not only has a great conversation, but what makes it so good is that the conversation actually leads somewhere, it plays a significant part in the story. If not for that conversation everything would've been ruined. The episode is funny as hell, but it's also dramatic, exciting and gratifying. Finally something goes right for our boys and if feels nice. It has ups and down and has a dramatic and funny as hell conclusion. It is everything you would want in a Silicon Valley episode, it delivers.
Almost as technically impressive as Gates' pancake sort

How many data can one guy manipulate at once, tip to tip efficiency, from the middle out, pre sort, D2F. Frankly speaking, I am impressed, none of this is real or accurate yet it feels completely authentic. They actually captured an aspect of algorithmic thinking, how we squeeze out extra efficiency in computation, it is with the line of thinking presented in this episode.
Well done. I haven't laughed this hard in a while.

It's good but... Really? This is the funniest this show can get?
