Jimmy Fallon took Late Night in the 5 years that he hosted it, and turned it into his own show, with a style so much more distinctive than hosts such as Conan and Letterman. Seth Meyers, although getting off to a bit of a rough start, has proved his worth in the month he's sat in the chair. He's also made the show his own, and has brought original material while toning it down a lot from when Fallon hosted. If there was one thing I had to fix though, it'd be the monologue. It could be handled a lot more smoothly.
All in all, an interesting era of Late Night lies ahead, and Seth Meyers is the man to emcee it all!
