Very good episode where Mandy overhears that she is in danger and runs away. While in a car, she contacts Lily Grey. Is she really safe in that car? Who knows?

Lily imitates Joe by having her gang invade the hospital where her wounded son is so as to rescue him. There is mayhem there with one of the gang assuming the identity of one of the nurses she kills and thereby killing hospital security staff and placing smoke bombs in the hallways.

Lily is reunited with her son.

Ryan comes off as a hero in this episode as Claire demands that she see him. The two see each other as the episode ends.

Joe has committed further mayhem in a restaurant where innocent patrons are killed.

An evangelical minister denounces Joe and the cult so you know that Joe and his group of murderers will have him on their radar.
