Storyline

Andy gets a call from Mo Khan, head of Rage Records, impressed by the demo Andy sent him. In the event though Mo only wants to sign up Errol - who is wary, but thinks it will help his family if he goes ahead. However Errol's earnest ecology message does not go down well and then he accidentally eats Mo's ecstasy tablets, mistaking them for mints. With Errol rushed to hospital and Sam fighting Ben at court for the custody of Errol Andy has to prove that he is the best - or worst - uncle in the world to help his sister. A record executive feigns interest in Andy's music but it is really Errol he is interested in who he sees as just the right person to hit the teen market.

Invited to a record company shindig, Andy thinks it his him who is being signed but when the executive tells Errol the truth he does not have the heart to tell Andy that he is going solo.

Andy also meets Shelly at this event, she is doing the catering and Andy tries to get things straight with her but disaster strikes. Errol has mistakenly some ecstasy tablets for mints at the party and is hospitalised. All this just before the custody hearing.

Andy goes to court and tells the judge that it was his own fault that Errol became ill and he will never see Errol again. Errol now shares joint custody with his parents and there is an injunction against Andy taken out by Errol's dad that he will not go near his son.

Errol claims he is happy with joint the custody arrangements as he drops by to see Andy and play the Xbox.

A refreshing first series where we have at least seen Andy mature a little and have a genuine affection with Errol in marked contrast from the first episode where they were in effect strangers.
