A couple was in a rush because the woman was about to give birth to a child. In their way to the hospital, they had to stop the car because a dead body lied on the ground, probably a woman had committed suicide by jumping out of a bridge. Anyway detectives soon realized there was too little blood stains for such a fall, maybe the death had occurred somewhere else and the perp dragged the body to stage a suicide; furthermore, the victim wore a fancy gown in a chilly night. She was from Arabic origin and lived in a classy neighborhood: early in the morning she met an Egyptian doctor (Akin Gazi) at the airport and Brooks at first didn't rule the terrorism pattern out, but he had to see the murder under different angles due to his boss pressure (he's afraid of Egypt consulate reaction). The victim had a son get used to arguing with his wife over something related to religious issue involving her daughter (they sleep in different bedrooms as a result). All become clear after detectives figure out what kind of surgery the doctor performs.....
