Schools of Trust is a great documentary if you need more information and an authentic picture of democratic schools and innovative learning spaces. It offers so many interviews with students, teachers, parents and experts, that there is no question left after watching it. The film shows a personal story of two Filmmakers and their personal progress and development with the topic of self-directed learning. This is a nice dramaturgy and the natural way to get deeper into democratic education. For everyone who is interested in education alternatives Schools of Trust gives you precise answers instead of asking more questions.

The film has a beautiful score and a state of the art camera work. It cannot convince by it's pictures and screenplay but it is worth watching because of the intellectual content and the masses of experts giving statements you wont find somewhere else. It is the best film about democratic education so far.
