Storyline

At the wake for Mike Weston's father, FBI Director Tom Franklin recruits Ryan to work for him reporting directly to his office. Ryan agrees but tells Mike not to get involved in what he's up to. Reporter Carrie Cooke continues to hound him trying to get confirmation that Joe is still alive. Flashbacks reveal how she and Ryan first met. When he realizes that Joe Carroll's mentor, Dr. Arthur Strauss lives only an hour's drive from Havenport, he assumes that is where Joe went for medical treatment after his escape. At the cult camp meanwhile, Micah welcomes Joe, Emma and Mandy as full-fledged members of the group. Joe finds the vain Micah quite easy to manipulate and is soon his main advisor. Lily will always be the source of revenge as we see the funeral of her latest victim.

I hope that Emma will not be coming a sympathetic character. She keeps saying how crazy the people are that they have joined up with. Look who is calling the kettle black.

Joe never fails to amaze me. He is so manipulative in that what he has been able to accomplish with the leader of the cult and his wife. He has been able to create a rift between the two for his own personal gains. The man is an absolute devil.

You just know that Joe will be taking over that cult shortly. Lord only knows what he shall unleash.
