- The game is less violent than any of the movies in the franchise.
- This game is suitable for ages 14 and up
- One camp has a guy missing a leg, and a bath tub filled up with blood, and guts
- From a third-person perspective, the player will explore the vast wastelands and engage in ranged and melee combat. It is not severe. The blood and gore is very mild.
- A significant portion of the game involves vehicular combat. It is very fast and hard to see. The car has a harpoon that can be used to pull off the doors of cars and to grab enemies out of the cars. And to destroy towers
- The violence is unrealistic and the gore is minimal. There is blood that has a small spray.
- Enemies and corpses can be dismembered when hit by explosives and certain weapons. It is not very bad. If your child has watched any war movie like saving private ryan then they will be able to play this.
- Some cinematic scenes depict violence. It is not very graphic. Their is some blood.
- The violence depicted, is not in a cruel, sadistic or sick way.
Profanity

- There is infrequent use of mild language throughout the game. There are a few uses of Hell and Damn, and possibly a few uses of stronger words such as A**, G******, and S***.

- There are references scattered throughout the game to huffing fumes. Late in the game, we actually see one character who does it chronically. The character inhales fumes through a mask, is constantly high, and vomits once onscreen.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Some characters act insane and say things that may be hard for some people to listen to (e.g. screaming about torture and death).
- 'Mad Max' is a post-apocalyptic action video game based on the popular film franchise of the same title. Set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity has descended into anarchy. The story follows the main protagonist Max who is seeking to survive and recover after being robbed of his vehicle and left for dead by a gang of marauders in the wasteland.
- Due to 'Mad Max's depiction & portrayal of violence and gore, it is not recommended for players uder the age of 14/15.

- Two characters share a kiss, before it's abruptly concluded.
Violence & Gore
- Characters can be seen post-torture/death. It is very dark and they are mostly hanging from the roof so you cant see it very well.
