This show is clear evidence just how far National Geographic has slipped in recent years. Instead of the nice educational shows of yesterday, this one make little attempt to really educate but just sensationalize. Clip after clip show animals killing each other-- accompanied with slow-motion, ridiculous narration, screams (human, not animal), pistol fire, splats, lightning strikes, giant blood splatters on the screen....you've got the idea. It's sort of like a documentary intended for stupid people who just like watching dangerous animals do their thing instead of really learning anything. However, I will add that it is entertaining...at least for a bit. But the low- brow nature of the show and the ridiculously over-sensationalistic style will make you feel a bit dirty in enjoying it! Not a particularly good or intelligently made show. I am actually surprised they could find any narrator to deliver these ridiculous lines!!
