This movie uses interesting juxtaposition of B&W with color scenes to emote the allure of new vs. the status quo. It left me thinking about the choices we make every day. I also wonder... do a lot of people dislike goat cheese? What happens to those of us who do not wish to sync-up with others? Are we doomed to be shunned and alone? How many of us have a secret life, hidden just below the surface? Should we keep a closer eye on our loved ones? How much trouble can we fit into an hour and a half? I look forward to more work from Trevor. I predict a great career ahead of him, with some interesting films exploring these modern themes of connection and disconnection in our wired-up society.
