Storyline

Aldous' death affects most of the clones either directly or indirectly and in different ways. With Paul missing in action, Rachel, who does not know Aldous is dead, is taking charge at Dyad by saying that he died of a heart attack. Cosima and Delphine are still on the outs with each other, Cosima who takes decisive measures to ensure Delphine is unable to make the unilateral decisions concerning Cosima's treatments that she has done thus far with respect to using Kira. Alison and Donnie's marriage reaches a new level as Donnie tries to cope with both the new knowledge of his wife being a clone, and his accidental killing of Aldous. A change in pace.
17 July 2015 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

For the entire season so far, every episode has ended with an intense piece of action, and is full of plot twists. This one is a bit slower, taking a little break after last week's relentless episode.

It introduces a new character, a trans-gender clone. I like the concept, although this is the first time when I felt slightly let down by Tatiana Maslany's performance. Don't get me wrong, she did not do a bad job by any measure of the word, and it's very difficult to play the opposite gender, but with the other clones, she really has a way of drawing you in and making you forget that it's the same person. I didn't feel that here.

In other news, this episode does indeed continue to heighten the intrigue, and sets up for what looks like an intense final pair of episodes.

Much like Tatiana Maslany's performance as Tony, this episode was by no means bad, but by far the weakest of the season.
