Missing your goal stinks. Whether we're off by an inch or a mile, sometimes we feel like a failure, which makes it hard to go easy on ourselves. The key to hitting the mark, however, is forgiving ourselves for not being perfect, so that we can try again.
Living life with negativity is like running the longest marathon of your life with a suitcase on your back. Do yourself a favor and get rid of the excess baggage so you can put that extra pep in your step. If you can't do that, then at least get the bags with wheels on the bottom.
