Three dull criminals are all about breaking the law when they plan to rob a bank, but when a parking space becomes a problem they realize that sometimes it pays to follow the rules.
A low-life career criminal's regular crew are in prison, so he enlists the aide of his half-witted nephew and his drug-dealing friend to undertake what should be a simple bank robbery. After many frustrating arguments and pointless conversations, they finally find a parking space, and their worst nightmare in the form of a law-abiding parking inspector.—Christopher Kay
