Gordon informs Simon that they need to lay someone off. And Gordon wants it to be someone from Simon's staff. But Simon doesn't want to. So they decide to settle it by having a softball game between their staffs to decide. And Simon's people are sure they're going to win because Simon is a good player. But he tells Zach he is not. So Zach tries to teach him how to play. Sydney learns that Andrew's girlfriend doesn't like her because she found out about the kiss between Sydney and Andrew. So she ingratiates herself to her.
