The montage obviously consists of stock footage of a different railway, as the passenger cars are dissimilar (unpainted corrugated metal sides rather than smooth sides painted blue), and the montage train runs under overhead electric lines, which are conspicuously absent when Agent May walks on top of the train and Agents Coulson and Ward jump from it.
