Blood is frequently shown when shooting enemies, similarly to Call of Duty.

Pilots explode into a bloody mist with chunks upon being hit with heavy weaponry, being punched by a Titan, or crushed in a Titan's grip. This is brief and doesn't leave a lasting impression on the map.

Players can snap enemy combatants' heads a complete 180 degrees backwards, accompanied with a crunching sound.

Titans can tear enemy Titans apart or completely remove their pilots and kill them in a brutal fashion. (Crushing the pilot in their hand, tossing them away, beating the enemy Titan to death with its own arms.)

Frequent use of the phrases 'hell' and 'damn', although, being a solely multiplayer game, human players may use more explicit language through microphone communication.

One character, while drunk, mumbles the phrase, "I'll kick all of your asses!" This is done in an almost comedic fashion.

One main character is shown drunk while being lowered into a storm drain. This character is shown to have an apparent love of drinking.

Executions between players and Titans can be intense but not frightening. This includes neck snaps, tearing enemy pilots from their Titans and crushing them, etc.

If this was a movie it would be R for bloody violence.
