In a marked change from what is usually shown on cop shows, Agent Keen is chewed out and charged with giving up her firearm when she confronted the suspect. Police agencies have rules against an officer/agent giving up their firearm as she was shown doing. The reason for this is due to once she was disarmed, he could easily shoot her as well as the hostage and others, along with the fact his escape presented a clear danger to many more people. See more
The subway that was the focus of this episode is not the Washington DC Metrorail but the New York City Subway. Both systems have very distinctive physical appearances. The DC Metro is much more open and brighter than the NYC transit system as it is a newer system. See more
