This is some amazing acting and writing here
12 June 2014 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

When I first heard about this show, I was a bit skeptical because of the Jim Belushi/Tupac movie of the same name that was so good. I have to say though, "Gang Related" the show exceeds my expectations on all accounts. Terry O Quinn, Cliff Curtis, The RZA, and Ryan Lopez are all top notch actors. Don't get me wrong, the supporting cast is SUPERB, but these actors in particular really shine and make this show so special.

The writing is extremely gritty and real; the characters have a lot of dimension to them and you relate to the emotions they feel. The storyline is very capturing and the actors are so good at connecting with you that this almost feels perfect. I hope they keep making episodes of "Gang Related" for years. This is a keeper in my humble opinion.
