This was a fun episode while also being a bit irritating but still really good stuff with great acting all round, this cast had a a fantastic chemistry.

Stefan undergoes the mind frying again as the Travellers look for more information on his doppelganger. We see Paul Wesley dressed in a paramedic outfit looking so cute. Stefan gasps that Tom, his doppelganger, is at the Atlanta Metropolitan Hospital.
Elena wakes up naked in bed with Damon. She quietly gets up to put on her black bra when Damon speaks. He says he was awake for the last three hours. He tries to pull Elena back into bed. She has to be at the parent-teacher conference. Damon blocks the doorway and Elena tells him to put on clothes. She slips past him. Damon goes to drink at the Mystic Grill where Matt and Tyler are at. Damon points out that Matt has been working there for three years and Tyler is running his life to the ground. The boys notice Liv as she gets a bottle and walks away, staring at her for a few seconds.
At the conference Damon shows up as he is Jeremy's guardian according to documentation. Damon tries to seduce Elena back. Elena daydreams in a classroom of Damon pushing everything off the lab tables to make out with her. Damon later says he wants to rip all her clothes off and kiss every inch of her body while others overhear.
Caroline and Enzo are looking for Tom in Atlanta. Enzo is flirting with Caroline saying he heard he is her taste. Tom has not been at the hospital for four months said a doctor. The Travellers continue to painfully fry his brain until they get an address. They see from the doorway the redhead is in a trance. Enzo kills her by throwing the doorknob. They enter and go upstairs where they find Tom. Caroline knocks Enzo out and takes Tom out to a diner. Enzo kills Tom in the parking lot by twisting his neck.
Caroline goes back to where the Travellers and Stefan are. She lies down next to him in the vehicle and snuggles up against him. She looks stunningly beautiful.
Elena is going to head back to Whitmore.
