- At the beginning of the episode Will imagines executing himself in the electric chair in a disturbing dream sequence.
- A flashback shows Will shooting Garrett Jacob Hobbs; he is briefly shown covered with blood.
- A crime scene photograph shows a young woman impaled on antlers.
- A crime scene photograph shows another young woman impaled on antlers; wounds are briefly visible.
- A crime scene photograph shows a young woman's charred body.
- A severed ear falls out of an envelope.
- A badly burned body is shown impaled on antlers, his mouth cut open and his ear cut off.
- Will imagines shooting a man in the chest, with blood spurting, and then impaling him on a set of antlers, again with blood spurting. He then imagines cutting open the man's mouth and one of his ears, which is shown in graphic detail and some closeups. Disturbing.
