I love this show! Wonderful characters & a continuing story that unfolds every week. The cinematography is simply gorgeous. This show reminds me of Little House on the Prairie. So many side stories, so much detail and so family friendly. Love RIP the dog and the chemistry between Elizabeth & Jack is exceptional. I don't want to give away too much info but I am hoping that this show returns next year for a season two. I am dying to see what happens next. Although this show is based on a series of books by Janet Oke, I have heard that it is very loosely based on the books. I do not think that the character of Jack is even in the books. I am tempted to read them anyway though.
