Plot Summary

  • In her opening monologue, host Chelsea Handler talks about the the role she feels she now plays upon the passing of film critic Roger Ebert. Chelsea and her all-Asian round table panelists Bobby Lee, Margaret Cho and Jo Koy discuss a father requesting financial assistance from the family who hosted a party where his teen-aged daughter got pregnant despite the father of the baby just being another guest at the party, sixty-six year old Suzanne Somers stating that she often has sex twice a day in response to Miley Cyrus' statement that people over forty don't have sex, and the Kuwaiti government assertion that they have the technology to identify and thus stop homosexuals from coming across their borders as gay sex is illegal there. And Chelsea chats with guest Jennifer Hudson - who has a wardrobe malfunction upon her entrance - about her new movie The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete (2013), never having taken illicit drugs or drank alcohol, and her new single on which she collaborated with Pharrell Williams.
