While riding with Howard, Amy looks through his MP3 player and makes fun of him for listening to 'Weird Al' Yankovic. Contrarily, Mayim Bialik is actually a huge Weird Al fan. (This clip has been used during "Weird Al" concerts.)
The map coordinate 34.1516,-118.0767 does point to a bowling alley in reality - Bowlmor Pasadena. It is formerly named "300 Pasadena", the name that appeared at the gate of the bowling alley in the show, and the name that Google Maps labels it.
As of mid-2022, the bowling alley at those coordinates is now named "Bowlero", and the address is 545 E. Foothill Blvd, in Pasadena.

Penny is wearing a purple-ish shirt throughout the episode, but while she and Sheldon are at the bowling alley, it appears more red in color. This was due to the fact that the bowling alley scene was done against a bluescreen, so that the background could be put in digitally during post-production. This means that the color blue is filtered out of the shots, including the blue portion of the color purple, leaving the red. Also see Goofs.
At the Geology Laboratory, the poster behind the door exhibits the symbol of the band The Rolling Stones, which is exactly the answer to the riddle "leave no stone unturned". Penny, being familiar with popular music, solves this riddle easily; while Sheldon, taking the riddle literally, is totally unaware of the correct answer and chooses to seek under the rock specimens.
Amy tells Howard that she never played a game with Bernadette, but she has clearly forgotten the game of Travel Twister that she played with Penny and Bernadette in The Flaming Spittoon Acquisition (2011). However, Bernadette wasn't any good in Travel Twister due to her height, so she may not have been as competitive as usual for Amy to remember.
