"One way or another, we've got to stop Robbo"
16 October 2013 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

This episode is a nice idea and interesting when viewed in isolation. At least we get a clear picture of what happened the night of the hit and run and it works as a one-off crime drama episode. But in terms of narrative progression, it's largely redundant.Nothing of importance happens that the viewer hasn't already seen or been told about while several important questions aren't answered:When did Mason and Imogen work out their car was involved in the accident? Why did Marty think he'd got rid of Robbo? What happened to Toadie? And the police seem to know even less than the audience.

The biggest disappointment is the last few minutes, when the culprit isn't a complete stranger but is the disposable non-regular who didn't actually have anything to do with the storyline. The set-up is desperately contrived, the execution even more so.
