- This film contains several shocking and graphic scenes of violence and carnage. Although it is usually not too disturbing, there are several scenes and moments that are quite disturbing and contain very bloody violence.
- There are many deaths in this film, but very little violence and no gore. No blood at all. Even gun shots are just small, red holes (from muskets). Pretty tame. You see more in a Marvel comic movie.
- As man runs and yells He is shot in the head and blood splatters on the walls

- The film opens up to a man being strangled to death by Hugo Weavings character
- A man has his head completely cut off. His corpse is later seen with a pigs head to replace his real one. The actual head is found later on a piece of wood with lots of blood everywhere
- Hobson is gruesomely shot to death multiple times with blood and guts spraying everywhere
- Martin hangs the judge that sentenced his brother to be hanged. The judge's corpse is later seen hung from a building
- As a result of being shot multiple times, Martin later dies of his wounds. (Very Upsetting)
