Directors: Jesse Baget, Elias Benavidez, Andrés Borghi, Jay Holben, Mike Kochansky, James Kondelik, Jon Kondelik, Bryan Norton, Antonio Padovan, Ryan Patch, Marc Roussel. Cast: Landon Ackerman and April Adamson. The first All Hallow's Eve came out in 2013. The first film hosted three fearsome short films. Each revolved around a murderous clown. This second release has expanded to eight films. This time the cast and crew have greatly increased, while the wraparound has decreased in importance. This film viewer enjoyed three films more than the rest, including: "A Boy's Life," "The Last Halloween," and "Alexia." These three stood out from the others by focusing on a horrifying and sometimes surprising tone. In the line-up, "The Last Halloween" appears second. This film, completed in 2014, follows four trick-or-treaters. This short quartet are out for candy, during an apocalypse. The locals are not very receptive to their demands for sweets. But, the tables turn as this short crew. »

Horror Anthology Sequel All Hallow’S Eve 2 Hitting DVD/VOD This February

4 January 2016 1:00 PM, PST | iconsoffright.com | See recent Icons of Fright news »

Rlj Entertainment seems to be on a roll when it comes to sequels, with everything from last year’s anthology-themed The Invoking 2 to today’s announcement of All Hallow’S Eve 2. A sequel to the 2013 film directed by Damien Leone, All Hallow’S Eve 2 takes the anthology format and features segments from Bryan Norton (Seven Hells), Antonio Padovan (Once Upon a Time, Inc.), Marc Roussel (The Last Halloween), Ryan Patch (If I Give My Soul), Jay Holben (Hunger), The Kondelik Brothers (Airplane Vs Volcano), Elias Benavidez (A Boy’s Life), Mike Kochansky (Mr. Tricker’s Treat), and Andres Borghi (Alexia), with a DVD/VOD release date of February 2nd. Personally, I thought the evil clown plot of the first film was downright creepy, so I’m curious what the filmmakers behind Ahe 2 have up their sleeves.
