They find out Papa Tunde has been sacrificed. Elijah says this place isn't safe for Hayley and asks Rebekah to take Hayley to the plantation. Hayley's makeup is particularly alluring and beautiful in this episode. The lip shade and her dark lined eyes look amazing. Hayley willingly goes with Rebekah but not before admitting she already planned a kegger beforehand as it is a full moon tonight and her family will be in human form. Elijah confronts Celeste and she kisses him which poisons him. Celeste says when he wakes up there will only be enough time to save one of those he loves - Hayley, Klaus or Rebekah. At the party Hayley meets the man who was to be her husband due to their parents arranging the marriage before they were born. The witches have put a spell on the house which starts a fire. Elijah comes in on time and whisks both out of the flames. The man romantically says he always wanted to meet her as a kid. She promises him she will not stop until she finds out how to lift the curse. Elijah goes back to the Quarter demanding to know the whereabouts of Klaus and Rebekah - they are both in danger. Marcel already had his guys searching but they could not find Klaus. Sophie is killed by her own niece who came back to life as a result of Papa Tunde's sacrifice. The niece says she didn't have enough faith and tried to stop the Harvest. Monique and the three other witches who were raised walk away as Sophie dies with blood coming out of her orifices.
