- In a hotel called "The Open Arms" that's used for prostitution; you choose to eavesdrop in on Room 203, you will then hear a woman is moaning and the sound of bed springs implying; the player can chooses to open the door, but he is quickly told to leave.
- When Beauty says she was on shift a certain day, her husband Beast gets confused and she replies saying she's not a prostitute.

- Nerissa is briefly seen topless for half of a second scene in the recap of season 2.

Violence & Gore

- The game has many violent scenes, including fist fighting and decapitating.
- Woody slaps Faith when Bigby comes into the apartment. Bigby and Woodsman then get into a fight, in which player can control Bigby to push Woodsman into a wardrobe, a bed or a closet. If player fails to do so, Woodsman can kill Bigby by swinging his pickage into Bigby's face. After the fight, Bigby and Woodsman jump out of the apartment. Bigby lands on Toad's car. Woodsman gets up, drags Bigby against a glass poster and stars strangling him. Faith then splits Woodsman's head by his pickaxe to stop him (Woodsman isn't dead).
- Toad is hit from behind (offscreen), blood comes from his nape.
- Prince Lawrence is seen dead. His body laying on the floor with a lot of blood. We can also see a knife with blood and some bullet holes at the crime scene.
- Bigby chases Dee to the end of an alley. Dum hits Bigby from behind, Bigby is unconscious.
- Player can choose to hit Woodsman by a glass, but no blood shown.

- This's telltales most graphic game when it comes to swearing.
- Extremely frequent uses of the word "fuck" throughout the entire game.

- Bigby, Grendel and Woodsman met at a bar. They drink some wine.
- Colin is seen smoking. This scene is mostly played for laugh because Colin is a pig.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The game contains a dark theme which isn't suitable for children.
- There are many violent, distressing, shocking and brutal scenes, some of them can make the player feel depressed.
- This game is based on Fables comic, but it doesn't focus much on black comedy theme.

Sex & Nudity
- When opening the coat of Holly's dead sister glamoured to look like Snow,, we see a hint lingerie underwear and Bigby asks Snow if she's wearing lingerie and says no.
- After transforming into a giant wolf, he shrinks to his normal size and sees his clothes tossed on the floor implying he's naked, though nudity isn't seen.
Violence & Gore
- When investigating Toad's apartment, you can find a fireplace poker with blood on the sharp end as well as blood on the floor. When questioning Toad, you have the option to slap him repeatedly, where you see that toad has a gash on the back of his head. A bit bloody.
- In Episode 5 at the Crooked Man's Lair, there's a fight scene where one of the Tweedles orders Georgie Porgie to gut Wolf. If the player fails to encounter the attack, Georgie guts Wolf's stomach. If the player encounters Georgie, Wolf withdraw Georgie's knife and guts Georgie, his internal organs are shown. Both scenes are gory.
- Vivian commits suicide by pulling her ribbon, resulting an immediate death. That's how also Faith and Lily died.
- In Episode 5 at the Pudding 'N' Pie the player can decide Georgie Porgie's fate if he leaves him or kill him. If the player decided to kill Georgie, Wolf shreds Georgie abdomen in a very disturbing graphic scene, bloody and gory. His intestines and internal organs are shown and he's dead besides Vivian.
- Doctor Swineheart tries to cure Bigby's body from the scraps of the silver bullet shot by Bloody Mary. Wolf's body is almost fully covered by blood.
- Bigby and Snow find Faith's severed head in front of Luxury Apartment.
- Bigby and Grendel get into a fight at a bar. Player can choose whether to rip off Grendel's arm or leave. The first choice will result in a brutal scene. Grendel's arm is ripped off, there's a lot of blood pouring from his wound. Very brutal and extremely graphic.
- Bigby sees Snow's head on the doorsteps of the Luxury Apartments, it then turns out it was Holly's sister glamoured to look like Snow White.
- When Dee or The Woodsman (depending on who you chose to capture in Episode 1) is tied to a chair you have choices of making him talk, by showing the photo of Snow White's head, hitting him by punching, smashing a bottle over his head or burning him with a cigar (these choices appear at different times during this sequence not all at once) or you can just talk to him to get him talking.
- In the first encounter with Bloody Mary, the player can choose whether or not to kill Tweedle Dum. If the player decides to kill him, Bigby rips his throat out. This scene is quick but the result is extremely graphic and clearly visible.
- The player can decide to rip the Crooked Man's head off at the end of the game. The scene is very gruesome and extremely violent.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- At the end of the final episode, Colin the pig is seen walking out of an elevator and walking towards bigby's apartment carrying a 6-pack of beer in his mouth. Played for laughs.
