Great, but odd, episode

I love this series. Just like with "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," I don't have a lot to be critical of. The acting is superb and the writing and producing are nearly perfect. What stands out in this episode is the killer is only shown with a mask and never appears again, even when the case is solved and he reportedly was arrested and confessed. We briefly see a photo of the killer with his dog, the only man the dog liked. The killer's character and the actor who portrayed him is not listed among the cast members on IMDb. This is really odd. The killer's ex-wife was an accomplice and she gets all of the screen time. If not for her greed, the two murders would not have happened. I would have loved to see the killer confess and see the woman's reaction. Even though Captain Gregson's marriage does not survive, the final scene was great.

Another great show corrupted by hateful propaganda

Apart from the mean politics a great show, a great Miller and an always great Liu. But: Is there any American (crime) show not throwing dirt at Germans and blondes alike, while propagating diversity and anti-hate and anti-discrimination? There are strikingly very few people of color portrayed as the villains in this/all the shows, (which is fine, but at the same time:) but strikingly many blond women and people with German last names. And in addition the poor dog is being insulted as Femi-Nazi-hound, defaming Germans and women alike, again. This is no way to create better harmony and inclusion all over the world. And by the way, since you voted Zelensky person of the year, who did many things right but is also sometimes not that different from Putin and could have prevented the utter conflict, and is also most of the time barking requests to Europe, and mainly Germany without being grateful, while - indeed, Germans already helped the Ukranians massively by taking in millions, taking care of them and their pets for free, delivering weapons and food etc., but you/the US would not know that because the US press and media are not interested in portraying Germany as what it is: helping and sacrificing for others for many decades now (the help came with heavy losses for the German people, but you do not know and you do not care), you do not care about the truth, you want to cling to and spread your hate - you (as opposed to Germany) have not changed a bit, you are not doing anything better, even if you try hardest to make it look like it. Poor.
