So-so comedy about misfit passengers on a speed train and the noisy arguments and disputes among them
ma-cortes20 February 2018
Passable comedy about passengers on a AVE rapid train including enjoyable acting and slick filmmaking . The last train travel of the year from Barcelona to Atocha , Madrid . There are various strange passangers on the train , as the tale introduces us an old marriage (María Alfonsa Rosso , Manolo Segura) , a rare couple (Lola Dueñas , Ernesto Alterio) with a lot of hidden cash , a Muslim (Karim Ait M'Hand) , a pregnant girl (Nuria Gago) along with her husband , a drunk woman (Tony Acosta) , a beautiful waiter (Aida Folch) , the train driver (Carlos Areces) , and the train conductor (Roberto Alamo) , among others . Suddenly a passenger called Manolo dies and later on , things go wrong when their ride stops by a voltage drop in the middle of nowhere during a dangerous weather, and emerging quarrell , problems and conflicts between them .There are also several flashwards in which the peculiar characters explain their past happenings on the train .

¨Incidencias¨ turns out to be a moving comedy realized by Jose Corbacho and Juan Cruz about a speed train with a motley grup of passengers , and when its stops in the middle of nowhere during a fierce and thunderous snowstorm they begin to confront each other . This acceptable , but sometimes average comedy in less than 90 minutes of length and yet with an air of lack of naturalness and credibility . The film moves in fits and starts most of which would be desirable , with more traps the viewer resists any kind, and some moments of enjoyment and others quite a few disconcerting as well as non-sense . Because of the peculiarity of its passengers , as one of them is a suspect muslim , whom the others consider to be a terrorist ; furthermore a strange couple with dark secrets ; subsequently to emerge hilarious conflicts between them . The picture relies heavily on the claustrophobic environment , through the train corridors where the entire film is developed .This ¨Incidencias¨ was, at first, an limited release , on December 31 , 2015, and on January 1 , 2016 was a widest-national release in 138 theaters and it had moderated success at Spanish boxoffice . The film enjoys a breeze as well as moving final , and gives us some to think about it and in which doesn't deceive or dramatize unnecessarily. Along these lines, it is clear that writers/filmmakers Jose Corbacho, Juan Cruz try to create a peculiar picture . Apart from that , it has a touch Berlanga and Azcona that always feels good . Actors give decent and comical interpretations , being full of known and familar faces , such as : Toni Acosta , Imanol Arias , Rossy De Palma , Rubén Ochandiano , Lola Dueñas , Miki Esparbé , Núria Gago , Aida Folch and several others . And brief cameos by José Corbacho as a pickpocket and Juan Cruz as a blind man .

The motion picture was professionally written and directed by Jose Corbacho and Juan Cruz . Both of whom present fresh portraits with moments to smile and laugh , but mostly so that you shrink the heart with these unfortunate people . They make amusing movies plenty of nice feeling , emotive dramas , including laughs , stirring scenes and particular love stories . They create nice dramedy with great moments of humor, but predominates drama and above all, there's a good feeling . Writing the interesting screenplays the same filmmakers , adding some autobiographic elements . As Corbacho and Cruz have written and directed various films and TV pictures such as ¨Pelotas¨(at their best ) , ¨Cobardes¨ , ¨Somos Gente Honrada¨ and ¨Holmes & Watson. Madrid Days¨, among others .
