Much like the "political correctness" issue, Pure Taboo is a website thriving on the notion of what I would term "fake naughtiness". This pair of porn vignettes appears to cross the line of what is acceptable, leaving the viewer either thrilled or annoyed.
Derrick Pierce can play this type of role in his sleep: horny, unscrupulous daddy with no morals or conscience. I suppose by now I should expect the Pure Taboo team to expect the viewer to heartily endorse the POV of Derrick's character in "Protecting Her Chastity"; otherwise this scene (like hundreds of others) would be unwatchable. Suspending disbelief is mandatory for this series, but one has to suspend many other faculties as well.
So in a dreary 50-minute vignette (that's feature length by B-movie standards) Derrick insists his stepdaughter Coco Lovelock constantly wear a padlocked chastity belt, for fear that she'll get up to some hanky-panky without it. As we soon see, she even has to wear it while taking a shower.
Script by Midnight is relentlessly dumb: she pleads with daddy to let her remove it temporarily so that she can masturbate. He agrees, as long as he can watch -you know, to make sure she's still monitored. She tries to orgasm, but can't with daddy watching, so he suggests he "help her'; soon they're f*cking endlessly. A happy ending consists of Daddy letting her keep the belt off, as long as she services him regularly.
Now a real story by a real writer (not Midnight, who has hacked up hundreds of stupid scripts to date) would have a point and drama/twists and turns. Perhaps Coco was suckering her dad, and has a scheme up her sleeve to get rid of the old man. Perhaps there's an inheritance? Perhaps she's not his daughter at all and there's something mysterious and surprising actually going on in this household.
But no, the story unfolds in straightforward, sniggering fashion -no twists, just a cynical encouragement of child molesting and/or incest, under the guise of hiring a talented actress (Coco) who happens to be 24 but looks on screen about half that age. That age trickery explains everything.
Shooting the scene "Active Listening" at the "Immoral Proposal" mansion (easily identified by its spiral staircase and upstairs hallway) made this Pure Taboo satisfying to me, despite its obvious story shortcomings.
It opens as a thriller, as cute babysitter Adria Rae here noises on the baby monitor, so she goes to the baby's room to check it out -nothing's wrong. When she returns, her employer (the kid's dad) Charles Dera talks to her through the monitor in chilling fashion. He says he's at a restaurant, but it's never explained how he can communicate through the baby monitor hooked up with the baby's room. He gives her orders to obey sexually and soon she's masturbating away.
This makes no sense at all: how is this being done, why is she obeying and since the monitor is one-way how can he observe or get off on what she's doing?
Anyway, he returns home with his wife (beautful Bunny Madison, wasted in a role lasting 40 seconds) and she heads upstairs to take a shower. On the first floor, Dera humps Adria on the living room couch for a non-ending of them getting away with it.
As usual, this type of scene depends on the viewer believing the girl wants sex and no amount of story stupidity gets in the way of her having sex for our voyeuristic pleasure.
