Vicky is a rebellious eighteen year old who has a baby by a 'street rat' who leaves her alone in her pregnancy. Her father who is a powerful politician did not want the birth of his daughter's baby to destroy his political career so he illegally has the baby put up for adoption. With the help of her grandfather and mother she goes to the court and talks with the adoptive parents in a medium with their lawyers and a judge. In the end they give Victoria her daughter Rachel or Julia (what the adoptive parents named her) back instead of doing the wrong thing and keeping her and risk losing her painfully they give her back to her rightful mother. In return Victoria keeps the ex-adoptive parents in her daughters life and even keep Julia's name the same after her ex-adoptive mothers grandmother.—Alyssa Rose
