This anime seems pretty generic. It's like most other cute-girls-doing-cute-things shows. The only thing that makes it stand out is that it features mahjong, a tile game. However, the show doesn't explain the game much, so viewers who don't already know how to play might be lost (especially if they're bad at following visuals, like me).
Basically, mahjong is the only thing this anime has going for it. The characters are forgettable, and the animation quality is inconsistent, with some scenes looking noticeably worse than others.
While the inclusion of mahjong is interesting, the show otherwise seems like a standard CGDCT anime with everyday activities like eating and chatting. It's too early to write it off completely based on just the first few episodes, but it doesn't seem like a dark horse contender for anime of the season. In short, it probably won't be the next K-On in terms of being a stellar CGDCT experience.
