4.2 is ****
8 October 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

A very poignant episode where Frank really shows that he has a heart.

When he decides to go out and see for himself what police are going through, he encounters a situation that deserves further investigation. Did you see how Frank was humbled when he saw the real reason for the division head's actions? This tugged at you and will forever be remembered.

The sidebar story of a famous movie star doing research for his next film riding with Danny was quite predictable, but interesting. Naturally, the guy had a secret life and I don't have to tell you what it was. Of course, being stabbed in the interim didn't exactly help, but that is what stories are about.

Frank's part in the episode made it well-worth watching.
