Nominated in 2014 for the most prestigious Grimme Award for best TV Comedy got cancelled in the same year. This mistake was ironed out by the new CEO's of the network in 2020 because the re-runs were a huge success and convinced a big audience. The ratings sky-rocketed and the series is now to become an anchor show for RTL. The writing and concept of this show is somewhat different from the usual German comedy and is being frequently compared to british humor, which the german tv-makers seem to be a little oblivious in general. The characters are lively and speedy and the overall acting makes this show unique and worthwhile. Even for foreign countries. a huge success in Spain, France and Italy, british and US networks are gradually interested in this show. Let's wait and see.
