In present day West Virginia, a descendant of Abraham Van Helsing keeps Dracula's coffin locked inside a storage unit where he watches over it as his ancestors have done for centuries. One night, two crackheads break into the unit to rob it and inadvertently release Dracula from his coffin. He feeds on the crackheads and escapes. Now addicted to crackhead blood, Dracula scours the streets at night, searching for victims to satisfy his unquenchable thirst. The city's only hope lies with two bumbling vampire hunters who are hot on his trail and a pair of detectives trying to solve the murders.
