Her professional journey began in the assisted living industry, where her compassionate nature flourished as she cared for Alzheimer's patients. In 2007, Alma entered the real estate industry, starting as a property manager and working her way up. She emphasizes the importance of confidence and hard work in this field, reminding other women that they can achieve the same. Outside of work, Alma finds solace in nature and cherishes her time spent with her mother. Her story is one of triumph over adversity, a testament to the power of hard work and self-acceptance.
