Brad Jones nearly walked out of a screening of A Good Day to Die Hard (2013), stating "This is one of the worst sequels I've ever seen. This is one of the worst action movies I've ever seen. I've never walked out of a movie before in my life, but I would have been totally okay with walking out of this one! This movie sucks life out of people!" He later walked out of a screening of Hillary's America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party (2016).

In 2011 and 2012, the series only lasted throughout the summer, as that was the only time of year the movie theaters were allowing preview screenings. There were a few exceptions, notably the early releases of Paranormal Activity 3 (2011) and The Hunger Games (2012). However, in 2013, the show was bumped up to becoming a year round series when the team's local AMC theaters began showing preview screenings every week of the year.
