- [humourously suggesting ways in which the London Underground could be improved to cater for ever-increasing numbers of passengers]
- Dylan Glenister - Driver, Piccadilly Line: I suppose one of the ways you could do it is just have a continuous train from one end of the line to the other, similar to an escalator, that goes round on a loop and the end of the train goes in a big tunnel underneath and comes back on itself and pops up at the other end. Or maybe just take the trains away and have a conveyor belt and just step on it. Or an even better idea, just take all the tracks up and have a laminated flooring, all along where the tracks used to be, and when people come into the station, instead of buying a ticket just pay a pound and get a pair of roller skates.
