Just imagine everything that made the first one ridiculous and amp it to 11
25 October 2014 | by (Valhalla) – See all my reviews

Well, clearly this seems to have a fan base enough to milk a sequel and in comparison with other SyFy movies, you can milk a franchise out of a lot worse. Basically, if you didn't like the first one or don't see that it was fabricated to be the next Birdemic then this movie is not for you and for me... It is worth a watch, preferably while drinking.

So the plot is that Finn and his ex from the first movie are travelling to The Big Apple. Apparently Finn is a celebrity because of him saving people in the first movie and his ex is also famous for writing a book

  • "How to survive a Sharknado". What should happen but there's another

2 sharknados merging with each other and a third on the horizon. The payoff if you like these movies) is exactly what we want from this movie.

Aside from that I can say nothing. The acting is bad - but it's called Sharknado, the special effects can be done in about an hour with After Effects and any 3D animation software - but it's called Sharknado, the ability to survive an electrocution-enforced explosion on the Empire State building, forcing the person to chainsaw sharks in mid-flight but then surfs on one back down to the ground is impossible - BUT IT'S CALLED SHARKNADO.

So, I really don't need to say who would like this movie and who wouldn't. All I have to say is that if you liked the first one for it's ridiculousness then this is for you because it's somehow even more ridiculous.
