Ned Stax reports back to Bugsy Siegel and Mickey Cohen on what has transpired with Hecky Green and Joe Teague. Siegel has trouble believing that Teague eliminated Green as a favor and insists that Stax get him to accept the money. Joe's police colleagues accept his version of events and they bring in Green's girlfriend, Jasmine Fontaine, for questioning. She denies knowing anything about his blackmail scheme and Joe is assigned to keep an eye on her. Captain Parker is certain that the way for them to break this is to find out what information Green had on the mobster. Written by garykmcd

Heckie's girlfriend apparently knows much more than what she is letting on. She hides things away in a box downtown under the watchful eye of our police killer.

Apparently, we're going to have to wait a while before discovering why our cop put 3 bullets into Heckie Nash.

Bugsy Siegel seems to have a roaming eye. Will romance blossom between him and Heckie's lady friend? Only time can tell on that one.

The murder scene at the restaurant at the end of this episode just goes to prove how ruthless the mob can be when they are out to get someone. How nice of our killer to accommodate the patron at the next booth, who saw him in his waiter uniform, and demanded something be brought to the table after her 3rd request.
