This episode contains many meta references to the Primetime Emmy Awards. The bar that everyone is going to and wins all the awards is a parody on multi-camera sitcoms that take the comedy categories of the Emmys by storm usually every year. Frank also makes reference to dramas that get all the awards when he is telling Dennis and Dee about a new bar he went to by saying "there aren't a lot of people there, but there's a lot of period costumes." This office sucks.
It smells bad and it's stuffy in here.
Yeah, it's the Restaurant and Bar Association; it's a stuffy organization. They're not in touch with the young people like us.

We should all spit.
