Warning: Spoilers
Emotional short documentary about the history of "the Beatles' last song". "Now and Then" was written and recorded by John Lennon around 1977 as a solo piano home demo. It was considered as the third Beatles reunion single for their 1995-1996 The Beatles Anthology, but it couldn't be done for technical issues, it was impossible to seoarate the voice and the piano sound.

In 2021 a new audio restoration technology made possible to finish the song with Lennon"s voice, adding Paul McCartney's bass and Ringo Starr's drums, as well guitar tracks by George Harrison from the 1995 sessions.

The song will be released on November 2.

One last time

As a Beatles fan, it's interesting to see musicians like these, people you love and people that have touched your life, work together again from beyond the grave. I really don't know what to say other than it's a moving short and if you are a Beatles fan it's a much watch! Sure it's just a bit of stock footage set to the Beatles talking about the experience, but man, it got to me.

The remaining Beatles talk about the making of the last Beatles' song ever made involving all the Beatles made in 2023 after the passing of John Lennon and George Harrison.

The concept here is deeply fascinating to me, with some interesting morals being raced, actually. Is it still a genuine Beatles' song if 2 of the members aren't actually involved in the years it was made? This is of course a John Lennon song, backed by the rest of the Beatles, but John isn't here. It's interesting that they were so passionate about a project like this.

Hearing the Beatles talking about there relationship and them giving up on the song until technology could keep up is interesting and it feels like they really lost a part of what makes them the Beatles by not being there all 4 in person. It´s touchign and moving to hear them talk about John and George and how much it did for them to make a song beyond the grave.

This might be the last ever recorded Beatles song involvong all of the orginal memebers and it feels so special becouse of that a music legend continued in our time.

I think it´s an intersing little doc but the footage used in the background is kind of just there. It´s fine and all but dosnt do much other than envoke nostagia of Beatles manina.

Again this is nothing insane but it still got to me and the idea and concpet is amaxing! If you, like me are a Beatles fan, go watch this and experince the magic all over again! One huge problem though, they shoudl have ended this short with the acual song playing! They hype the song up for the entire short without acually playing it, then whats the point? It´s one of those "remember to go downlaod our new song" moments I wasnt a fan of. The short little parts of the song we got I liked though.

The Greatest Band Ever

"how lucky was i to have these people in my life" We are the lucky one, Paul.

The Beatles are releasing a new song in 2023, that is not something anyone expected. For me, just to be alive at a time when The Beatles are releasing a song is incredible. I grew up on them, and i was born in 2003!! How crazy is that? The Beatles broke up in 1969, and people who are born today and people who will be born 100 years from now will still grow on their music.

An interesting fact about the name "Now And Then", John last words to Paul on the phone were, "Think about me every now and then, old friend." That alone sends shivers down my spine. Before hearing the song.

The Beatles just cannot get old. Their music is the most influential ever, and many many of the songs we hear today were knowingly or unknowingly inspired by them. So to hear the origin, to hear these beautiful nostalgic melodies preformed by 4 of the greatest musicians ever, will keep concurring people's ears for years to come. And we are about to experience a new Beatles song in 2023!

What a day to be alive.

Thank you everyone who work on this small 15 short film for everyone to see. We are more than blessed to have Sir Paul McCartney and sir Ringo Starr alive.

Am a 90s baby and such a Big beatles fan, the first album heard from them was anthology 1. And up to today I know 100s of their songs by heart. To the point where I attended sir Paul McCartney concert in 2022.

I couldn't resist crying and shivers went up my spine when I heard John's voice again and seeing the 4 beatles complete the last song and to be alive to see it all. Really heart felting big shout out to the technology world thank you. I really hope they continuing finding. I can say the beatles music will never die.
