Trivia

The visual style of "Star Wars: Rebels" is heavily inspired by the original "Star Wars" concept art by Ralph McQuarrie. So much so that even the Lightsabers are thinner, just like in McQuarrie's paintings and the backgrounds are rendered in such a way that it look like pencil lines. See more »

Started off good but got filled with fillers
14 December 2016 | by See all my reviews

No ! That's Impossible !

Nope it really is true. Star Wars Rebels started off very good. The first season (all of the episodes) are interesting and worth watching. But after that it got into just a money cow that needed to be milked dry.

Just look at season 2 & 3 (so far) we have a full season in season 2 where it's only fillers with some mentioning of the ending episode. But more than that nope. Season two is really just 3-4 episodes if you look into what is interesting.

And it's really sad to see that the last two episodes are the best in the entire season and it just seems like all the episodes leading up to it is just that... fillers. And what a shock haha season 3 begins in the exact same theme. We have the beginning where we have something big that is about to happen and then we need to wait for how long? I can tell you, the last episode is gonna be something big... again.

It's really sad to see actually. Why? Because this show had potential to be really good but got lost in meaningless rebellion crap. Sure it is fun to see how bad it was. But when they keep pushing down more and more meaningless story about characters having a bad childhood or needing to learn to fly or a robot finding a new leg? nope that's where things start to get stale.

Lose the fillers and we have a show !
