Storyline

D'Artagnan is arrested for illegal duelling, though this is a ploy to have him share the same prison cell as anarchist republican Vadim and discover what Vadim has done with several stolen barrels of gunpowder. The pair escape together but Vadim's henchman Felix is unconvinced of D'Artagnan's loyalty to them so D'Artagnan sends a message to the musketeers through Constance to reveal Vadim's plan to kill the king and queen when they attend mass at Notre Dame. Vadim quickly exposes the youngster as a spy and points out that he was fed false information as to Vadim's real intention. Chained to the barrels of explosives in the cellar D'Artagnan must free himself to help his friends stop Vadim. Written by don @ minifie-1
