Did You Know?

When Lewis has Olivia tied up at her apartment, and has her gun trained on her, the audience can see Elliot's mini-badge soldered to the bottom of Olivia's gun. It is especially obvious when Lewis hits Olivia with the gun after he says, "Let it rain." Elliot had sent the mini-badge to Olivia after he unexpectedly retired in between seasons 12 and 13, and Olivia had it soldered to the bottom of her gun. See more »

(at around 29 mins) Right before Detective Benson frees herself from the iron-frame bed with one of the poles, Lewis already has blood on his face and t-shirt while he is unzipping his pants before she is free from restraint and has an opportunity to subdue him. See more »

Olivia Benson: [to Lewis after suduing him] Hey. Hey, you. You're out cold, are you? I haven't called anybody yet. I think I want you to suffer first. Maybe I could burn you or cut you. Olivia's Ordeal
1 January 2014 | by (Buffalo, New York) – See all my reviews

This SVU episode is one that will truly convince you that some people are just pure evil, a concept that many find difficult to grasp. After his lawyer Lauren Ambrose gets him free creating reasonable doubt in the jury's mind, serial rapist Pablo Schreiber decides to celebrate by kidnapping and torturing Mariska Hargitay.

I suppose to be defense attorney one must believe that all are redeemable in some manner. I would suggest that Lauren Ambrose has probably changed her mind after this episode Schreiber doesn't leave her out of his sick twisted little mind.

This story is dominated by the attacker and his victim, Pablo Schereiber and Mariska Hargitay. Schreiber is terrifyingly good and Hargitay does some of her best work since SVU began.
