This movie was beautiful it exceeded my expectations.And that doesn't happen a lot.The movies tackles yet again the devils of Alcahol abuse and what strains it has on a family.Sometime the addiction is so big that their isn't money for food or other houshold supplies.And its not easy kicking the habit. Its HARD.This movie sheds a good light on how it goes in households where the parents or parent has an alcohol problem.Lien's mother in this movie started to drink when her husband went to jail after committing fraud.They had to move from their big mansion to a small town flat.After years her mother lost her job she had to find a new job.Finally landing at "binnelandse sake".But she's stil drinking. It becomes so bad that their is no food anymore. And lien had to jump in find some work for after school.she did several jobs to get money for the house's rent and for food until she just couldn't go anymore. Then she had to make a very hard and embarrassing decision. This movie will pull at your heart strings and hopefully help you to never grab at the Big Bottle.
