Based on one of the best pod cast out there "Tell 'em Steve Dave", this is just an awesome way to relive with images some of the best moments (with awesome guests, including Sunday Jeff that is just as amazing as a marionette as you would imagine him from the podcast). If these moments were already funny, they are made even better and more memorable with images attached to them. The puppets are so greatly handled and the attention to detail and technical work is just outstanding. Thorne was able to capture all the vibe and feeling from the audio bits, in the way better than you would imagine it. And great kudos to all the team too. Be sure to catch the commentary version that is also very enjoyable and full of laughs. There are so many more unforgettable moments, I would love it if this was not the last one. There's never enough TESD puppets in your life!
I cannot express the amount of anticipation I had for TESD Puppet Theater. And it with such anticipation the ease of a letdown would almost seem inevitable. Incorrect! This lived up to everything I might have expected. You will never forget the words "One, True, Three." Obviously I'm a big fan of the pod-cast "Tell 'em Steve Dave" so my review is going to be biased, but I just love this project. I still haven't heard the commentary, but it will only make the DVD that much more special. My wife watched this with me, and she has only heard a few episodes of the pod, but she does watch Comic Book Men, and she loved it also.

A great movie for fans of the "Tell em Steve Dave" pod-cast. You don't have to be a Kevin Smith fan to enjoy this movie. Very funny and the puppet work is amazing. The puppets, lighting and attention to deal are all outstanding. Throne should win some kind of award. Love Bry, Walt, Q, Ming and Sunday Jeff. I gave money to the kick starter and cant wait for the DVD. I hope they started selling the DVD so they can make more money and newer fans can watch it and discover just how amazing this movie was. The commentary is also great and very very funny. I hope they do another movie, Maybe "Tell em Steve Dave Puppet theater 2 : The revenge of Ming." one. Ten out of Ten.
