Truly Majestic
jmcastellanos-5587827 July 2023
The moment everything went silent and the piano music started to play while Gojo was floating, looking at the gilded clouds, and everything was in slow motion around him- it was so beautiful, so picturesque. Such a divine moment. I almost shed a tear.

Then we see the "pleasantness of this world" Gojo is talking about; how he can sense it all and is in a "high" state of mind. All so beautiful, the colors, the music, the flow, the art. 10/10 For those who watched the episode with bad translation, watch it again on a better site please. "Throughout Heaven and Earth, I alone am the honored one" The quotes of this anime are amazing.

The way Mappa portrayed Gojo as an enlightened being that has just awaken is really beautiful. The way they show the contrast of Gojo in a dark red background while Geto is in a light blue background to show their differences. Geto being Gojo's moral compass in that moment- everything is just beautifully done. They have really outdone themselves with this whole season honestly, and I can't wait for the Shibuya arc !

"Throughout Heaven and Earth, I alone am the Honored One" - Gojo Satoru. Best Episode yet in JJK!

Warning: Spoilers
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 4: "Hidden Inventory Part 4" So guys there is..., Gojo VS Toji Part 2..., and that was amazing, and Toji vs Geto was really cool to.

Yes.., Toji Fushiguro was a BEAST and he will be missed. Rip, he was one of the best and coolest characters in JJK, at least for me for sure. He deserved more episode, but I guess that's it for him.

And yeah I read that some manga readers was dissapointed about this adaptation and this episode..., well I don't know, there is no perfect adaptation, I haven't read manga but to me it was really good in overall, but yeah if you want to criticize it, you can do it, but sometimes we you have to accept that, never will be perfect. I enjoyed it nonetheless.

The animation in this episode was gorgeous, Mappa in highest level! Many great shots, great colors and very good direction like the piano sequence with Gojo and the most Important Thing: Gojo Eyes was beauty as ever..., and we we fans really appreciate this, so thank you animators!

For me this episode was even better than the last one and that's say something. I can feel that this season will be Peak Shonen!

Blew a hole in me!!

Wow... absolutely speechless after the episode ended! So many things happened that I could not take my eyes off screen, sitting on edge, waiting for the next big thing to blow up!

Toji managed to become a memorable for, with some of the best animated fights i have seen in this show! Fluent animation and motions that helped you keep track of what was goimg on!

While the first fight was great, the last one at the end was GOD-LIKE!! Took my breat away! Definetely one of the best moments in the series! A huge moment and one of the most brutal ones! Something is off...

Animation is still top tier, with everything looking as good as you would expect!

This show just hit a new high with this and the previous episode!

OH.. and that revelation about Megumi... and the post-credit-scene!

Imaginary Technique: PURPLE
rxckne28 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The Hidden Inventory Arc of JJK has been excellent and these past two episodes really came out of nowhere considering this 24 episode season is just getting started. I'm loving the experience of seeing Gojo as a student and how he was rising the ranks as an early year member of Jujutsu High.

After finishing season 1 I was curious to see someone who had what it takes to be on the same playing field as Gojo, and while I'm assuming Sukana is the end game, I didn't feel threatened by anyone in Gojo's path up until now. I loved what Toji brought as a villian, and he definitely became my favorite of the series so far despite his short stint. He made me scared for the characters, and was able to outsmart Gojo which in itself gives him the nod. The fight scenes he had with Gojo and Geto were stellar and I expected nothing less from MAPPA in terms of animation.

Gojo pulling up with the sun shining and the blood all over his face was chilling. And the way he said "Hey, it's been a while" so normally then proceeding to obliterate Toji while taking in the moment was insane. The animation approach they took while revealing the huge hole in Toji's body was a genius direction as well. I'm glad they didn't give him a cliche sad redemption moment with his final words because that would've been a bit forced in my opinion, but seeing him have inner regret towards his relationship with Megumi in the end was nice to see. And him telling Gojo to do as he will with the information about Megumi to me was a sign that he wanted his son to have something better, and I'm glad it was left at that.

It's also interesting to see a more cold blooded side of Gojo in the post credit scene. Him being ok with slaughtering all those people was pretty twisted, and I'd love to see a villain push that side out of him again in the current time line because menacing Gojo is very intriguing to watch.

JJK has gone off to a hot start in season 2, and as a huge fan of season 1 which had like 7 insane fight sequences, (with black flash and the game of chicken being my favorites) this season might actually top season 1. And with 20 episodes remaining I don't even think that's a hot take as of now.

Peak adaptation.
hasnifiras28 July 2023
Surpassed any standards I put, the episode was a good mixture of emotional rollercoaster, fight and development. The violence was on point and Mappa didn't shy from showing any bloody scene the adaptation was peak fiction I'm glad I'm a jujutsu kaisen fan. Can't wait for Shibuya Arc to get animated I'm going to increase my standards because surely Mappa is challenging any viewer POV.

Thank you Mappa for such a wonderful episode.

Thank you for such a violent bloody scenes and fights it's truly a jaw breaking episode from the soundtracks to the character designs and artistic choices.

A blessed episode and hopefully the upcoming ones are as great.

YO! Long time no see

Warning: Spoilers
GOJO supremacy finally makes it live. After impatiently waiting for the last year and half i finally got to see this beautiful masterpiece. Despite disliking some of the angles they used compared to the manga .... MAPPA DELIVERED! Loved seeing the emphasis on Gojo's infinity enlightment in how vivid they animated infinty through his eyes. You can tell it went from nice blue eyes to the awaken Gojo we have in the present. This is only the beginning can't wait for the Shibuya Arc. What's coming is so brutal that if reading it affected me this much I have full faith seeing it will hurt me much more and goddamn I'm excited. YES I'm a masochist for JJK.

Perfect adaptation
AliSaeed2927 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Been waiting for this one for the past 2 years or so and Mappa delivered on all fronts.

The osts really elevated some of the most popular scenes, and many of the iconic manga panels, especially the 'Heaven and Earth' panel, were given justice. Mappa rarely ever misses on their animation and the conclusion of Gojo and Toji's battle gave some incredibly vibrant and manga accurate scenes with fluid animation (also in Geto and Toji's battle) and key freeze frames which I was a fan of as the atmosphere became much more intense than it was in the manga, in my opinion. Nothing but praise from my side.

Truly one of jujutsu kaisen's, and of this year's best episodes. Excited for shibuya!

That piano scene
matteo-224791 August 2023
When gojo said throughout heaven and earth I alone am the honored one and the piano music started playing was simple a masterpiece of a scene literally perfection. Jujutsu kaisen has to be the best current new gen shonen out there and once the shibuya arc gets animated is gonna be even better , the whole sequence on the toji vs gojo was perfectly animated but I wasn't expecting that calm piano music , the calm ost and calm atmosphere in an action scene can literally turned it out to be a masterpiece , I truly hope we see more of this in anime because scenes like these are underrated in the industry.

What can I say.. just wow
marwan115 August 2023
Just wow .. What an iconic episode .. What a drawing, what a movement, what a writing, what a charming combination of twists.. I went crazy the moment gojo and the iconic dialogue returned .. Literally like a wonderful God of power .. Everything was so magical in this episode .. I haven't felt this much adrenaline in a long time .. Most of the questions that were on my mind for the last episode were answered in this episode .. I can't say anything but thank the studio for this episode .. The amount of effort and fatigue in the details is very clear .. Literally on another level .. Every time I love Gojo more and more, expect that I will put it in the top 10 characters for me .. fighting, dialogues and blood identity is like watching a Tarantino movie .. just 10/10.

Felt it to my core
ICtolic186 August 2023
WOW. This episode was just masterful. Once again, Jujutsu Kaisen surprises us with another amazing episode full of intense and brilliantly choreographed action, top-notch animation, stunning colors, and masterful voice acting.

But I was also surprised by the piano scene of this episode. When the music started, the atmosphere felt so calm and the fight felt less intense than before, and even executed like this, it was still a masterpiece.

And when Gojo unleashed his Purple Technique, I was just stunned. Gorgeous purple tones flashed towards the screen and pleased my eyes.

And Toji finally admits that there are stronger characters that can beat him, calmly and serenely, and even remembered his own son, Megumi. I never expected to die afterwards.

MAPPA, you again outdid themselves and made such a brilliant job. Thank you so much.

(Goodbye, Riko and Toji. I am gonna miss you so much. You Riko, for being such a sociable girl, and you Toji, for being such a formidable villain.)

Absolute madness
mikkiparker3 August 2023
For me personally this was a great episode. Although I had certain expectations about the scene with Satoru Gojo's "enlightenment" (aka the famous and beloved "Throughout Heaven and Earth, I alone am the honored one") to be a bit different; I simply preferred it more in the manga. Nevertheless, the effect of combining Blue and Red into Purple and the overall display of Gojo's abilities were phenomenal and I enjoyed it immensely. The visual side of the story remains appealing and superior to season 1. The final scene between Satoru Gojo and Suguri Geto and the overall symbolism throughout the episode were top-notch as always.

Bad
mfrtszt26 May 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Satoru Gojo, a key character in "Jujutsu Kaisen," is often celebrated for his immense power, charismatic personality, and significant role in the story. However, there are several reasons why some viewers might find Gojo to be a problematic or unappealing character.

**1. Overpowered Nature:** One of the most common criticisms of Gojo is that he is excessively overpowered. His abilities, particularly his Limitless technique and Six Eyes, make him nearly invincible. This imbalance can reduce the tension and stakes in the story because when Gojo is involved, victory often feels guaranteed. His overwhelming power can overshadow other characters, making their struggles and growth seem less significant.

**2. Lack of Vulnerability:** Gojo's near-invincibility also means he rarely faces genuine danger or defeat. This lack of vulnerability can make him less relatable and less compelling as a character. Readers and viewers often connect more deeply with characters who face and overcome personal challenges and weaknesses. Gojo's apparent invincibility limits his emotional depth and development.

**3. Overshadowing Other Characters:** Gojo's prominence and power can overshadow other characters in the series. His presence often takes the spotlight away from the development and achievements of the main protagonists like Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki. This can lead to an imbalance in the narrative where the focus shifts too heavily towards Gojo, potentially diminishing the growth and importance of other key characters.

**4.

MASTERPIECE
david-6128811 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I don't know where to start, from the animation, the soundtrack to the action, the voice acting, there are many good things in this episode but the care and affection that Mappa puts into jujutsu is undeniable, two incredible episodes in a row in this magnificent arc , which build a character who was already charismatic and pleasant into something better, deeper and understanding his behavior more, obviously without mentioning the mvp of this arc, Toji, his words, his way of being and even his death is magnificent, worthy of applause, gojo vs toji was phenomenal. PEAK EPISODE, FIRE I CANT WAIT FOR MORE JJK.

Can't decide between s01e20 and this one
errrunfound31 July 2023
Mappa really proved themselves to be one of the most talented studios out there! Hats off! When I saw ep20 from the first season (Nonstandard) I claimed this is the best anime episode I have ever seen so far and thought nothing can overpower that. Now after this episode came off I am not sure which one is my favourite! The battle scenes, the art, the plot - just awesome! And many thanks to Gege Akutami for creating such a cool storyline! Can't wait to see more, but this episode was a blast! And having read the manga - brace yourselves - the best is yet to come, people! Hope more people leave a rating for this cool episode!
